La ciel a visité la terre - Gounod-Freund cover.jpg

La Ciel A Visité La Terre is a resonant and peaceful work in strophic form by French composer Charles Gounod (1818-1893), originally composed for voice and piano.  The adapted harp accompaniment alternates smooth chords and melody in the A section, and gently rolling arpeggios in the B section.  This flexible arrangement can be performed on a recital as a harp and voice duet, or customized for any harp and treble instrument combination at gigs.
