A compelling Baroque work in the same tradition as Handel's frequently performed B-minor Passacaglia.  This composition showcases technique with 21 progressive variations over a repeating ground bass.  Variations 1-8 are in G major, variations 9-16 are in G minor, and variations 17-21 return to G major.
